Motivational & Public Speaking

Justin Miles' motivational speaking is a revelation and hugely inspiring.

On 2nd March 1999 Justin Miles had a superb career in the fitness industry with a growing reputation for excellence. As well as his work as a fitness trainer working with a cross section of clients from actors to elite athletes, Justin was writing ground-breaking white papers on the industry, presenting as a keynote speaker and helping fitness organisations to deliver service excellence. By the end of the day on March 3rd 1999 Justin’s career, in fact his whole life, lay in tatters.

A car accident resulted in brain injuries leaving him unable to walk or talk properly – a virtual prisoner in his own body. With little but his own imagination to distract him from the situation he found himself in, Justin relived his childhood dream of one day becoming a ‘real life adventurer’.

As his recovery dragged on, he turned his dream in to a tangible objective, set goals as staging posts, then set about re-building his life and turning his dream in to a reality.
